This policy explains how Ruoff Al Sharq Trading handles its customers' personal data, under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The data we collect

What the customer gives us when signing up, ordering or contacting us: name, mobile number, email, delivery address, and the order's details.

How we use it

We use the data only to:

• Fulfil orders, take payment and issue invoices.
• Deliver and install.
• Contact the customer about their order and questions.

We do not sell personal data or use it for any other purpose.

Sharing

We share data only as far as an order needs, including with payment providers (among them Tabby and Tamara when paying in instalments), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep data while it is needed for the order, after-sales service and the warranty, or for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, the customer may see their data, get a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, or destroyed once it is no longer needed, and withdraw their consent to its processing. To use these rights, contact us.
